As you know, I’ve been running challenges, with my Beachbody customers, every 30 days and there has been some AMAZING results had, because of them! Why? ACCOUNTABILITY!!
So, this go round, each challenge group will only have 5 members. Each member will ALL be doing the SAME WORKOUT PROGRAM, STARTING ON THE SAME DAY, and each will be replacing one meal (or snack) with SHAKEOLOGY. Yes, if you do not have Shakeology, that would mean you would have to be willing to invest in it… because if I am going to invest my time in working with you one on one… I need to know that you are willing to invest in your own health first! After 3 weeks in the foundations phase of P90X 2, we are ready to move on to Phase 2! Phase 1 provided us a strengthened core, improved balance, and a very close relationship with our foam roller. Check out our review of P90X 2 here in our Phase 1 videos. We are both looking forward to adding the strength component to our routines and continuing to improve on our balance and mobility gained in Phase 1. Life happens! There comes a time when we all lose focus. Travel, sickness, busy schedules, injury, insert your reason here. For some of us this can be a week, or perhaps even months. Most recently for me it was this past week when my husband traveled out of town for work. I didn't have my usual block of time to get my workout in. Cooking and preparing my usual eats was nearly impossible when I didn't have help! The long awaited and HIGHLY anticipated P90X 2 (the new P90X) has arrived. I don't think I've ever anticipated a fitness program like this before, so I'm very excited to get started and see where these next 90 days take me!
